fischer B1 silicone premium DSF, the flame resistant silicone sealant (building material class DIN 4102-B1). This provides maximum safety in use for the sealing of solid, mineral or metal building materials. This means that sealing connections and expansion joints that are required to have a fire-resistant effect against the spreading of fire, water, smoke and poisonous fumes can be sealed. An example would be joints on fire protection doors. Even components that are subject to more stringent requirements regarding fire behaviour can be sealed with this product. B1 silicone premium DSF is permanently elastic and provides very good resistance to weather, ageing and UV. The sealant can be used in temperatures from +5 °C bis +40 °C. It is temperature-resistant from -40 °C to +120 °C.
